Thanks for flagging this. We found the cause: exports over 50k rows time out. A fix is on the roadmap. Fix ships tomorrow, I’ll reply here when it’s live.

We used to hear about bugs from screenshots in the all-hands. Now the Linear issue exists before the thread has ten comments.

I approve about six replies a week from my phone. That is the entire job now. Snitch does the finding and the first draft.

I built Snitch because I missed a bug report on Reddit for nine days. By the time I found the thread it had forty comments and two people saying they had cancelled.

Now the same thread reaches my Slack in about four seconds, with a draft reply attached. I read it, change a line, and approve. That is the whole loop.

Reads are instant.
Writes need a person.

Ask your agent what people are saying. Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or any MCP client gets the same tools as the dashboard, and every write waits for someone to approve it.

Before you start.

The questions people ask before they add a keyword.

What does Snitch monitor?

Public conversations on Reddit, X, YouTube, and a LinkedIn Page you connect. It reads what is publicly visible. It does not read private messages, private groups, or anything behind a login.

Do people have to tag my account?

No. Snitch matches on the keywords you choose, so it finds the posts that name your product without linking to you. Those are the ones you would otherwise miss.

Does Snitch reply on its own?

No, and it will not. Snitch drafts the reply and stops. A person has to read it and approve it before anything is posted, and every approval is recorded with who approved it and when.

What counts as a mention?

One public post, comment, or video description that matches one of your keywords. Duplicates of the same post across a thread are collapsed into one, so a viral thread does not drain your plan.

What happens when I hit my plan limit?

Snitch pauses collection until the next month. You are never charged an overage. Nothing is deleted, and the feed resumes on its own.

Can I track competitors?

Yes. Most people add their own product, two or three competitors, and a couple of category phrases. Competitor mentions get their own category so they stay out of the support queue.

How do alerts reach me?

Email immediately for anything above the urgency threshold you set, and Slack if you connect it. Each alert is delivered once, even if the same mention matches several keywords.

Do I need to be a developer to connect an agent?

No. Point any MCP client at the endpoint and sign in. The tools are the same ones the dashboard uses, so nothing extra needs building.

Can I try it without a card?

Yes. The first 100 mentions are free and no card is asked for. The trial stops on its own when the mentions run out.

Next time, you’ll know in eleven minutes.
